I am just pleased for all of us followers this has worked out good/great.
Tell you how long I have been into this one. Since the days that GMG (MCQ then) bought out AIP. (AMP Industrial Trust)
I knew GMG was a quality stock & accumulated alot at .30cents.
Makes my 400,000 look peanuts with your 7.5M.
I freaked out as I realize I am well spread with 12 REIT stocks.
all the best to all. I shall keep these REITS for divvies & now will concentrate with the oil & gas sector .
