I think they have timed their interest rate hikes for the midterms, they are anti Trump and have some very big factors at play.

This correction will continue into the midterms in an effort to manipulate a result imo, then the Fed will ease policy and kick the ball down the track again.

At present punters are running to the USD each time the market drops and gold remains largely unmoved, but this will ultimately unwind.
