and Sanford Pro is adequate for manual refresh
or can be auto refreshed using medved quotetracker;
as It accepts both options.
caution Watch your megs mountup quickly on dynamic

Sanfords clients now have to pay a premium for live anncmts in cursed PDF format.
their research is crappy using Aegius Consensus reports
otherwise pretty reliable service...

Finding using a 56k modem is hopeless for STP..with any onlinebroker...fine for investors..cmon ADSL..
