I appreciate your comments Sharkie. If we start hating people based solely on their religion then we have degenerated to the same level as the terrorists.

Sharon, Bin Laden and other criminals are pushing the world towards a religious clash of civilizations. Attitudes are hardening on both sides and each act of terror produces new martyrs and new hatreds. We are facing a future with an impoverished and radicalized Islamic world faces a rich yet vulnerable west. The spread of weapons of mass destruction will surely culminate in a devastating attack on a Western City. The path we are heading towards is one of endless bloodshed.

We must destroy the terrorist organizations but more importantly we must fight the memes that feed them. The west should sponsor secular education, should actively promote western values through the media in Islamic countries but most importantly the west should push for a fair and equitable solution to the occupation of Palestine.
