First off; what capital expenditure? They already have their production facilities and if you'd watched the webcast you would have heard them talking at length about the ifrastructure they have already developed.
Secondly: Operational expenditure has been discussed above in terms of production costs or "COGS". DNDN is currently working on reducing theirs from 70% to a target of 30%.
