If you bought in with OPM ( as I have) then your paying 7-8% pa, which you would have as holding costs anyway, whether the SP is up or down.

If your using your own cash your foregoing what, 5-6% taxable interest from a bank account ?

If you think this is going to 0.40 , well hang on, I am, the holding costs/opportunity costs are just part of doing the business
