I have just come to realise that old cliches like "buy on rumour, sell on fact" tend to be based in reality. This stock had a huge leap up from 0.9 cents to 3.3 cents and I belive that was basically those in the know taking their positions. Deals are falling apart left right and centre and this could well be one of them. "In principle" means absolutely nothing until the ink is on the contract...on a risk return basis this stock is not good. They have basically nothing at the moment and their future is hinging on a deal that you have to at least admit has a high probability of being jeopordised by the current market climate...not much upside if announcement comes and tremendous downside risk..too much risk for little potential gain.
