I honestly believe that is insider trading of some kind, someone knows something we don't, I think its an indication of a possible higher takeover offer in the wings, why else commit to 30 cents per share, to have your money tied up and make nothing if the 'current takeover' goes ahead!
Makes no sense at all but at least it's a good sign of things to come, fingers crossed we get another offer at around 0.40 cents or even 0.50 cents!!!
