    look at your own examples


    They are surgical, not medical


    Surgery has come along in leaps and bounds in comparison to medicine

    medicine has had successes of course - but for every success - it has many more which appear to make more problems.


    IMO it’s the complexity of the human body - you used Hollows as an example


    Well - we are really speaking of cataract in fact

    now - there’s human magic - cataract removal just flat out changes people’s lives - full stop


    But, compared to say some diseases - cataract surgery is a simple procedure - pure skill and hardware technology


    Medicine on the other hand - well, take statins, take Proton Pump Inhibitors- they fix one problem, but kill you another way


    Float isn’t completely wrong
