    If you get cancer will you rather get it cut out, probably several times, or be treated with genetically tuned molecules that track down and eliminate that cancer throughout the body, which is what's on the doorstep? Or is that not considered advanced enough to be called so. Along with advances in cloning for the ultimate purpose of growing compatible tissue and organs in vitro. Sure, we need mechanics to replace the parts but try making them. Its easier to bolt in a fuel pump and electronic control box than make one. And then there's the advances in scanning, which I think we all are cognizant of.
