I think that the stock is falling because there is no real compelling reason to buy it.
The company has not made the market aware of its strategy and in particular its intentions with its news segment and multichannel strategy.
There are numerous uncertainties regarding management, worsened to day by channel 7?s action against Ten.
The board?s intentions are unclear.
The 1/2 year dividend was suspended to allow the company to accumulate sufficient franking credits.
