They had $14,000 cash saved, both worked full time.

They wanted to put down $11,000 and get a loan for $1,500.

The Bank said NO!!!!

If I hear anyone say that the Baby Boomers had it easy, they need their heads read.

You can still buy a home with a 5% deposit quite easily today after the GFC.
