I agree with you on that as someone who was chasing the property market up around Clifton Hill and Fitzroy North at that time. The market went bananas and peaked around Anzac Day last year when I saw someone pay a price for a tiny Abbotsford house that beggared belief.

But I don't think it will happen again.
