I already am for many years and still going.

I have seen many cycles and boom'n'busts of sectors and industries.

I don't need to tout my investments here as a 30% fall or increase won't make a difference to me.

Once you understand what I have said.

That's why I only invest in Residential.

Commercial only with large land content and I am getting the building for next to nothing.

Stocks, only juniors for fun and options.
