PAGE 11 ,in today's Adelaide advertiser tells a very true story.It says ''we've come out of 10 quite spectacular years.It's the old adage.What goes up eventually comes down.''They would never had said this in the past. Doesnt property always go up???. The guy says reducing the price of a home did not spell disaster for the vendor''If they are reducing the sale price of their home they still are buying in the same market''.That's if your buying another proerty I guess.Property website REFind shows there were 644 proerty price reductions in SA in the last seven days.It also says Adelaide has seen a reduction in volumes and clearly vendors are having to review the price to get off the market,and get on with their lives.''So, if more stock hits the market in spring??
