I know today is 01-04-09 The All Fools Day. I am really serious. I am not trying to fool anybody.
I had been trying from December last year for shareholders to think as the owners of the company and act accordingly.
Atleast now all the veils are removed and the ugly face of the management is revealed, please take the last opportunity to try and save our company.
From the presentation yesterday the facts are quite clear this company's product is viable. All it need is shareholders now to get behind the company.
I make only one disclaimer here. The FDA approval process is uncetain. Yet with the results that were better than the Heartmate II the probability of FDA rejecting the approval looks reasonably low.
I am not a financial planner so I am not advising anybody to take this campaign up. I am only a shareholder trying to reach out to the rest of the shareholders and try and stop us being ripped off by unethioal management team.
As for the share dilution that is nothing considered with the losses that are staring us right now.
