we are not talking about carting, or piping water from anywhere....its purely rainfall on each property, or area the rainfall is captured on, in swales, on each property
eg like an open gutter, approximately 3 metres wide, by one metre deep,,,,beginning at the top of the slope, and running around each slope
as each swale is filled the water, the excess runs down to the next level, ie the next swale and so on...eventually you have dams at the bottom....
look at all the water going to waste with the floods at the moment....imagine how much water could be captured if they employed this type of catchment or structure...
as it is, a huge amount will be wasted...
