Don't just stick to the typical MMX methodology (only reading into something what you want it to say). As Gards has said on countless occasions "IT IS NOT JUST ABOUT THE MONEY". CHM will win, that is a given IMO. The settlement is the real sticking point. The Crosslands debate still rages. Good to see our port is still going ahead strongly.
