Nasty..You are 100% right......The only laughing that will be going on at the end of this case (or after Settlement) will all be done by MMX holders..MMX management..Chm litigation funder and those chm shareholders like former chairman Koh and major holder Dexia who sold down (and nearly out) after court time and final submissions,, Having been "in the know" and grabbed the opportunity to get out... Ask yourselves two very telling questions????? 1/.WHY would a former chairman and prosecutor in the "Koh & Evans" claim....Being close to the company, Supposedly on the verge of a big win..Sell Out!!! 2/.WHY would Dexia, Chm's biggest shareholder..Being close to the company... sell out over 82% of their holdings???. Contrast this with MMX biggest shareholder who has bought another 12 million dollars worth of MMX stock...I know you Chm punters are all hoping and dreaming...But Really...Come on....Can you really be so nieve as to think anything major is coming your way???? Major shareholder does'nt..Ex chairman Koh Does'nt....
