Ruftyboy what do you expect the win will do for CHM.About 1.5billion shares on issue if you include options.Do the maths,and nobody knows what the financial backer of the case will get.I suspect there wull be very little left for shareholders once the money is carved up assuming you get any.
After this court case what then,do you seriously believe your board have the ability to develope a mining company?
I suspect some very large payouts to directors,Benny already tried to pull off a huge option gift for himself that was stopped.
