How long have you been investing one year? Scalebacks are normal. It is also normal and equitable to receive additional shares IN PROPORTION to your current holding. It is not normal to be a greedy bastard and expect to receive shares that other retail shareholders did not take up so that you can try and make extra profit and be given a free gift.
