Oracle you are usually correct, but this time you are incorrect. You got more than what you should have so you should not be annoyed, you should be on top of the world.
They did NOT change any "rules" and made no guarantees to you, so what are you annoyed about? Would you prefer no rights issues and no top facility at all for retail holders??? If you whinge anymore that's what they will do next time - I hope there isn't a next time.
Another minor point - I know the realism of the short term - it's still flip a coin as to whether it will go below 26 cents or hit 26 cents in the short term (like next month or two). So if you are so annoyed, pick up as many as you want when/if it gets to 26 cents. I hope it doesn't happen, but I don't control the market in the short term.
