That is very misleading. Retail holders that applied for extra shares were granted extra shares up to 50% on top of their entitlement. Very fair - I bought on market at 30 cents today some of the extra that I applied for but wont receive and I think others will so the same.
HOPU will hold all shares and this will create demand Paladin has swapped debt for equity and will move rapidly upward as the U market does.
