    so 'you' are unchanging and immutable?
    also note that when there is an "i" there is also a "my" - as in "my responsibility"
    which can be necessary, ok, and useful - but still only conventional

    so,
    do you say "i am happy" or "i am sad"?
    'you' can not be both at the same time!
    think about it

    what is this "nature" that you speak of?
    any action repeated many times (habit or ritual) tends to become natural.
