    These 'make overs' of old sites are frought with delays as off site certifiying engineers are not concerned with production time frames of mining Co. and shareholders.
    Expect more delays, it can be the Norm!
    SP is down sharply today in early trades, yet Gold price is up, someone may know something about more delays?
