    Isn't Macquarie and DB underwriting this?

    I heard they may call in the debt collectors to force people to pay up the coming $1 instalment (was on a bloomberg article couple of days ago)

    If this is the case can you do a Off Market Transfer to a person with absolutely no assets, cash etc... guess they can't force you to pay if you don't have the means
