They can still force you into bankruptcy which has consequences for borrowing etc further down the track. Not a good look opn your credit history, but as long as the person doesn't care getting hammered by lawyers then I'm sure he could get more than one person to donate. If you found someone willing he could probably end up with around 40% of the company and a seat on the board!!
