IMHO TLS is a defensive stock and the market is about to fall however I think TLS has been undershot to the lowside in the past.

Andrew Penn has had a series of disasters but nothing has stuck. San Miguel Tel in Philippines, network outtages and Kitty Chiller AOC Sponsorship not withstanding but TLS is still a buy IMHO.
