Something I would like to know. How many shares are already held by directors percentage-wise ?
If they already are substantial shareholders I don't mind too much providing the options don't suck the existing shareholders dry. I know their interests are aligned with mine. But if they have only a very small stake in the company and they get options, then they have nothing to lose.........
Basically I don't want a company where the directors are shafting the shareholders. Is this the case here ?
Can anyone help/comment please ?
