most is not all of that 9% have effectively been given to the directors free.
In respect of the upcoming vote on options package. It is far too generous for the results so far imo. I would like to see the directors come back AFTER they have a few more milestones (eg financing) to their credit. I can't dispute that they are hardworking but in reality all they have is a great piece of land.
Anyway everyone should make up their own mind.
