Agree with your sentiment but not neccessarily your reasoning nor action comuyamu but each to their own. :-)

Personally I like how they have been able to raise the much needed funds without having to go to the market because going to the market has always been dissapointing over the years with this company. We are in a much better position company finance wise and certainly more advanced project wise because of it.

On the other hand I am not so inspired by the share price performance and regardless of the general market conditions and regardless of what I rightly or wrongly perceived as onmarket game playing I believe the company has contributed to the depressed share price by their continued delays, lack of promotion in recent times and certainly lack of timley information coming to the market.

Of course, this could just be my skewed perception but as a result I will be voting against Resolution 1 & 2. :-)
