Fair points.However I would like to argue that WE,the growers and cattle owners, are in the stronger position.The value of the land has been the problem for GTP as it's value depreciates the moment they enter into our lease.That is why the GTP management changed the model last year to aleviate the necessary write down of land purchased to 'market value' of restricted leased land.
However,again,we are dictating the terms here and that is GTP's reason for this exercise.
I am aware of a number of very reputable management companies that are looking to take control of our projects should GTP fail.I am prepared to take the risk that they could not possibly be worse
