If you are realists, how can we vote in favour of rewards being paid to any current employee of the co ( other than the founders of the technology).
UNI have indeed had some outstanding developments this year, but have yet to,
# mass produce anything
# Sell anything
# enter into distribution agreements if/when they do produce a commercial quantity of needles,
### and the shares are currently trading around the issue price. Hardly fulfilling for long term holders.###
I will be voting no to resolutions 2,5,7,9,10,11.
Happy for Alan to have options in resolution 8.
I hate the idea that resolution 9 was even included. Is Alan getting himself ready for a t/o.
What of the shareholders who have stuck by the co for the last 5 years of hell. Capital raisings way above current SP all the way to 1.75 ( might of been higher). T/o is no good to them, hostile or friendly.
Please vote with your heart, and your head. Both must say no.
