Apparently, Russia is WINNING, if they haven't WON already!

I've heard that the economy is booming, the military is kicking arse and Ukraine is about to surrender.
On the political side, NATO and the EU are on the verge of falling apart, and BRICS are set to dictate the New World Order.

Oh, and the American Empire is about to collapse.

Why would Vlad need more troops?
