PP ...you are spot on .My understanding is that the sample results were plotted (presumably on a map/diagram) for MLS.
Following review of that work , some rework of the initial draft was necessary ( my interpretation ) --- not unusual I would have thought (think about your own work processes).
When : as soon as possible/practicable .
