WOW, time to face reality jzed. The stock is in suspension due to its poor management record ie.failure to lodge statutory reports on time. Shareholders may have a case against the board and others if they bought shares in the Company between when the officials of Fairstar 1st were aware that the auditors may not sign off that the Company was a going concern and when the ASX suspended (not the first time) the Company on the 1st October.
If the board had sound management skills and procedures in place they would have placed themselves in a trading halt 1st and informed the ASX and shareholders of their plans to rectify the situation before it came to a head.
A number of cumulative reasons over time why this Company is all but over in its current form!
