Hmmm possible, but more likely, after production start for expansion for the other projects. It's easier to raise money for expanding with a running production.It also could be, that they run the company with 3b SOI as many other producer do, there are many many examples....But let see what a plan LDA have..And last but not least, the production is a must!!.
