I am assuming LDA capital now has control of this company? Would be interesting to know what agreements are in place between the family and LDA capital.
This latest 500 million issue to LDA represents twice the share capital post consolidation.
Essentially, original shareholders intwrest has been expunged , thould being diluted to the point of insignificance.Thw project has been taken over by stealth
