Your Aspiral numbers are too high. Your assumption of USD $0.4m per Aspiral needs to be pared back to about $70,000 USD per container, which includes some margin to cover additional control equipment/clarifiers/etc.
Same for your module sales for USA.
The Philippines contract likely averages slightly higher than normal Aspiral prices as Fluence is selling to the end user, rather than to a distributor.
The 3 Nirobox containers may not be counted as a lump sum. It is a essentially a water sales contract, so revenue will only be realised over a number of years and the cost of the containers is part of the expense of servicing the contract.
San Quintin definitely part of the backlog. 1st disbursement payment was slated to be $14 million USD. Unsure how much they will attribute to revenue in Q4.
Probably still need another $10 mill USD of new contracts in the next 2 months. You need around 142 installed Aspiral L containers to generate $10 million USD. Or 16 Nirobox units.
