It looks most likely like a capital raising.
The share price fall has mirrored Perilya exactly. Both oversold. In my opinion they have both reached rock bottom and will have a good bounce.
The capital raising is a wild card for CBH. If the terms are bad then its share price will fall. A great opportunity will be had to buy.
