Well I could be wrong but if it relates purely to financing and a CN raising, and people are already being offered it, would this not defeat the purpose of having a trading halt?
I suspect that there's more to this than meets the eye, quite possibly something attractable that has not yet been released to market to support the CN issue.... or is this just me being naively optimistic?
Am I wrong in thinking this?
