21m shares trades so far today is nothing out of the ordinary.

If you look at a long term graph (6 months) of vol you can see that is ranges from about 16m to 30m per day. A big day is 40m and we are nowhere near there.

Sorry to be a wet blanket Jim, but this time I cannot agree that "something is up". If vol spiked to 50m and sp rose 10c then yes, but this does not appear to be happening.

Mind you, happy to be proved wrong.
