I Agree with your thinking Backdraft the thing is though we don't know. It may run it may not. If news flow does come before CR then the raise will be done without Consol imo but I have always been of the mind that 300mill shares on the register prior to the raise would look prettier to the powers that be that 5-600mill.
What are we raising $4-5 mill ?? So another 2-300 milliom shares on top of 5-600mill will be getting close to 1 billion shares that is a lot in anyones terms where as a consol at 1c will half what we already have and then we should have about the same size register we have now post CR which will give them some room to move when they need more money and they WILL need more money down the track.
All depends on peoples hopes and investment strategy I suppose.
If we run I will sell a major part of my holding and try free carrying the rest.
If they consol then the wait may be longer but I still think it will run.
I think Pilsner summed it up pretty well when he said it might put a good Xmas ham on the table. That is my time frame atm
