The capital raising will be post consolidation so the cap raising participants would end up with twice the stake in the company as they would if there was no consolidation. The acquisition shares are adjusted if there is a consolidation.

Currently Zyber get 700 million shares with a proposed capital raising of 150 million shares at 2c. If there was a 2 for 1 consolidation, Zyber would get 350 million shares but the capital raising would still be 150 million shares.
