Except conditions of acquisition states that CR must be at 2c or above. Those shareholders selling Zyber will NOT want CR to be less as it dilutes the value they have then sold it for due to dilution. I am concerned with the timing at this stage but still hoping they have the news up their sleeve to push this up above 2c for the CR announcement.
