If for example the Zyber investors tookup all the CR (if they were given first dibs)after a Consol would that not then give them a better hold of the coy potentially 500mill out of a 750 mill total?
Why would you want to pay more money for what you already own? Zyber owners are unlikely to have the cash anyway.
