Morning Baggins.....The "Western areas" case quite interesting....in this case the Perpetrators apparently set up a whole new company and then stole a complete project from the plaintiff....lots of witnesses lots of documented evidenece, Yet still, for stealing a complete project, the award was for 11 million shares or cash equivalent...180 million shares on issue...therefore an award of about 5%....Chm claim against MMX nowhere near as strong....they have never claimed that Jack hills was a project that was offered to them or that they were considering...simply that an ammount of their funds was mis appropriated and went in to it, unlawfully....the other claim was that the whole project should have rightfully been theirs... Won..and still only got 5%......makes our position look even better IMO..
