CMW is on the prowl seeking to expand its property portfolio.
It's looking at buying some properties from Orchard Funds.
It's doing a Due Diligence on buying Qantas HQ at Mascot.
Once those deals are nailed down I'd face a higher SP price.
The risk (that I accept) being the deals may come unstuck.
Hence my decision to nip in early, at a price that suits me.
Somebody may buy some CMWs cheaper than me today.
Not a worry. My dollar-cost-average is 68.13 cents.
Meaning that my yield is 11.74% - tax deferred.
And Cromwell pays quarterly distributions.
Warning: CMW is not a good day trade.
But IMO it's a good long-term keeper.
For self-funded retirees like me.
