Oops Tad, yeah 10 bucks is typical one way trip. Tis possible to get the return trip for that if you are on good terms with your broker.

The large moves on MM's and not futures market are rare as far as I can tell and the couple of examples I remember off the top of my head were honkers examples. Not something I have watched closely as obviously it doesn't effect me :P.

I guess the whole point of my argument is why have a middle man if you can deal direct? You could almost call MM's the equivalent of retail and direct markets would be wholesale equivalent.

And we all know the chant "Never pay retail"!
