Certainly reality is difficult to see and I am just a post reader too.
It would be a classic trap to bump up the margin for tax and then drop straight down to 23rd on your dream so I will unhappily wait till then. I have to wonder what the majority are doing though. The implications of the above scenario could be very difficult but I guess there is a lower tax rate next yr.
